Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order slip inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
